PACKAGING
- All artworks are carefully inspected and professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.
- Large or fragile items may require special handling and shipping arrangements. Additional fees for custom crating may apply.
TAXES AND DUTIES
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as processing begins immediately.
